FLOURISHING LIKE THE PALM TREE

Bible Reading: Psalm 92: 12

• The palm-tree lives long, it gets to old age, some spend a century or two. Proverb 3:2, Psalm 91:16, Deuteronomy 6:2, Psalm 61:6.
  The cedar tree is known for its longevity.
  * Your life shall not be cut short in Jesus name, Amen.
• They both grow in rainfall region, where there's water (equatorial belt). Ephesians 5:26.

• Its root breaks every barrier to growth: rocks, roots and every obstacle.
           When confronted with challenges, the foundation of your life will tear every challenge into pieces in Jesus name.
  "Presence of challenge is not absence of God".
• It has a pleasant smell. Divine smell- 2 chronicles 2:15-16, Divine smell will attract favor and you will smell good.
• Cedar tree is used in producing perfume. It helps others to smell good. The oil from it is used in making cologne.
• A tree that lives a life of surrender. It dies of itself and comes up again. Psalms 16:12 and Proverbs 16:12
• It's wood is resistant to diseases. It does not easily fall to infection because of its high immunity.
• It has natural oil that are toxic to Insects and enemies of growth. It makes them untouchable, preserved and protected.
• It’s a very relevant tree, though not big or tall like a Mahogany or Iroko tree but its a supremely unique tree. It seats on the chat
• It’s a matured tree.
• When trees are attacked, it leaves marks and hollow on it(in its younger years). The hollow serves as holes for animals in its older years. It provides comfort for next generation.
• Used in Building Canoes for Carrying People to their destinations
• It is used in making weapons of warfare, used in making weapons to destroy the enemies. Isaiah 41:15
• It is a excellent source of fuel, its a catalyst of fire. Isaiah 60:1. The shaft helps the fire to burn faster and more and more
• It's sort after by high - flyer birds for rest. Its branches serves as rest for birds so they find solace in cedar tree.
  * You will be important to the important in Jesus name.
• It is used to make pencils for writing. What is written cannot be forgotten
• The leaves of cedar trees are evergreen round the year. Seasons don't affect it because its root goes right into the ground.
• Cedar is inscribed in the Lebanese flag. It defines a nation, national symbol of Lebanon and describes it.
